The following rebate programs could be beneficial to Ohio residents:
AEP Ohio offers several energy efficient programs to their business (non-residential) customers for the installation of energy efficient products. These programs will help reduce the payback period of your investment and create a long-term reduction in energy consumption and cost.
T12 lamps and magnetic ballasts are considered outdated and are no longer being manufactured. Now is the time to replace inefficient T12 lighting with energy efficient T8 or T5 lighting. Projects must be completed and final applications resubmitted to AEP Ohio by June 30, 2013 to receive $3 for T12 replacements!
The First Energy Standard Lighting for Business Program reduces the demand for electricity. This program offers flat-rate incentives per fixture on the following lighting technologies: linear fluorescent fixtures including the T5 and high efficiency T8, compact fluorescent lamps and fixtures, LED exit signs and lighting controls including photo sensors and occupancy sensors. USIlluminations’ has been made aware that this T12 rebate may be ending May 30, 2013. Act now to guarantee your rebate dollars!
The Efficiency Smart Business Energy Rebates Program offers commercial and industrial business financial rebates for the implementation of improvements and technologies that reduce energy use. All business customers (non-residential) in Efficiency Smart member communities with an annual electric usage between 20,000 kWh and 500,000 kWh per year are eligible for rebates.
